Payment

You must make payment for the products through a credit or debit card, PayPal account, or any other method that HeyPaperie offers you when ordering.

Full payment must be made when ordering, unless HeyPaperie offers you to pay via invoice.

If you are located outside Norway, there may be taxes and fees in addition to the prices stated by HeyPaperie .

HeyPaperie uses Adyen BV for payment services. Through your use of the Services, you agree to Adyen BV's terms: https://www.adyen.com/home/support/manuals#ST and their privacy policy: https://www.adyen.com/home/support/manuals#ST .

You hereby consent to HeyPaperie and Adyen BV sharing your payment and order information to the extent necessary for HeyPaperie and Adyen BV to be able to fulfill their obligations under these Terms.

You guarantee that the payment information you provide when purchasing products is correct and that the credit card, debit card or PayPal account you use belongs to you.

We reserve the right to confirm payment before accepting the order.

HeyPaperie has no obligation to deliver until payment has been received.

Ordering and deliveries

Production

We aim to process your order and send you a first draft of your design within 3-4 working days of receiving your order. See below for more information about delivery times:

1. Invitations, Save the Date and Thank You Cards

Save the Date, Invitations and thank you cards usually have a standard delivery time of 2-4 weeks. Including design, follow-up and production. In the high season (May-September) this delivery time can be somewhat longer. The delivery time can also be affected by the type of order and printing techniques, such as e.g. embossing/debossing, foiling, etc. If you want a wax seal with a monogram, this can also affect the delivery time. In any case, I recommend ordering your printed materials well in advance. If you don't have all the text ready when ordering, it's fine. Then I set up your design and send it to print only when all the information is in place.

2. Day of / party elements

For party elements for the day itself (menu, place cards, table maps, etc.) the delivery time is affected by the date of the wedding and not the standard delivery time as described above. This is so that I can make a plan for the coming seasons and I have to prioritize based on the wedding date, not when the products were ordered. All party elements will be delivered no later than the week of the wedding or when you need to receive your printed matter at the latest. If you need to receive your printed materials on an earlier date, it is important that this is specified when ordering.

Delivered product

Note that in some cases the finished product may differ slightly from the product shown on our website. This in the form of sharpness, brightness and color shade. We try to indicate products as accurately as possible, but we are not responsible for colors that can be experienced differently from screen to screen.

The customer is responsible for reading all corrections carefully. In the event of any typographical errors that are discovered after the product has been delivered and that result from errors in the text sent by the customer, the customer must cover the extra printing costs this may entail.

Shipping and delivery

When ordering, you can choose whether your order should be sent with tracking (180 NOK) or by letter (80 NOK) without tracking. Your order is sent by post which usually takes 2-3 working days. Note that HeyPaperie is not responsible for delays at the post office or other deviations from third-party suppliers .

HeyPaperie strives to deliver the product in accordance with the estimated delivery time specified when you confirm your order. HeyPaperie will do its best to work with the distributors and resolve any issues. However, you agree that the delivery depends on the carriers .

The product will always be delivered within 30 days of ordering. As long as the process is not delayed as a result of late feedback from you.

HeyPaperie is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information provided by you with regard to delivery address, e-mail address or the like.

Right of return

After an order has been received, we start on the design within 1-3 working days. If you wish to cancel your order, this must be done before we start the design job. After the design has begun, a minimum amount of NOK 500 will be invoiced. If we receive a cancellation within 12 hours, the full amount will be refunded. Beyond this, however, we will, as far as possible, accept changes to the order until it goes to press.

If we deliver products with defects or physical damage, in order to receive a refund or replacement, you must report the defect to us at post@heypaperie.com within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered the defect (complaint). You always have the right to return a defective product within two months from the date you received it. In the event of a complaint, HeyPaperie may ask you for documentation, for example by asking you to send photos of the product.

Refund

If the product is defective (not due to customer content), you can choose whether you want a replacement or a refund. If you have caused an error on a product, such as by misspelling when ordering the product, you are responsible for the error and must cover any reprints yourself.

Right of withdrawal

Note that all products we produce for you are based on your customer content and that the right of withdrawal does not apply.
