How long is your delivery time?

Our delivery times are estimated delivery times and we always recommend ordering well before you need your printed materials! Between October and April, we have a delivery time of approx. 2-3 weeks, while in the high season, which lasts from May to September, we have a delivery time of approx. 4-5 weeks.

Otherwise, the following factors may affect our delivery times; order size and production techniques (foiling, embossing, torn edges and arch are production techniques that can extend our delivery time).

Sometimes we can also run out of certain products such as wax seals, envelopes, certain types of paper etc. Then we have to order in from our suppliers, which can also affect the delivery time somewhat. Our tip is to always book as far in advance as possible. This minimizes the possibility of a hectic and stressful process in the run-up to your big day.

We would like to place an early order, but do not have all the text ready yet

It is perfectly fine to place an order even if you do not have all the text in place yet. After receiving the order, we start with a 1st draft for you and if all the information is not in place when ordering, we insert a so-called "dummy text" where information is missing. When you have the final text ready, it can be sent by email and we will send you a new draft. The most important thing is to get the design and layout in place as early as possible, so that the order is not placed at the last minute.

I really like their Arch collection, but is it possible to get it in other colors?

We can make color changes on all our collections at no extra cost. Please note that if any color changes lead to us having to order a different paper than what is in our standard stock, additional costs may be incurred. Feel free to send a request regarding your color wishes to see which solution will be best for you.

We like the design in the Cherry Blossom collection, but the font in Midsummer. Can we combine these two collections?

It is perfectly fine to combine two of our collections at no extra cost. Then you just order one of these collections and write which elements you want from collection number two.

We will order thank you cards from you. How do we submit the images we want?

The pictures you want to include in your thank you cards can be sent to post@heypaperie.com Please mark the email with your order number.

We would like to order thank you cards from you. How many images can we use?

This depends on whether you want single or double thank you cards. But basically you choose how many photos you want in your thank you card, we make proposals for layout after receiving the order and we have received the photos you want by email.

 

Can we see a draft before placing an order?

We put an incredible number of hours into each draft, design and follow-up of our customers. It is also this time that we get paid for in addition to the time we spend on production and completion. Therefore, we are not able to send drafts of a design without receiving an order. You can see drafts of the design in the example images displayed in our online store. As soon as an order has been received, we will send you a draft by email, you will receive feedback on this and when you are completely satisfied with the layout and text, we will start production and the order will be sent to you by post as soon as it has been produced.

We are getting married in July 2023, when do we have to place our order?

This depends very much on when you want to receive your printed materials. See the section on delivery times above and plan your order accordingly. Please order with extra margin, as unforeseen delays may occur. We strongly advise against placing an order at the last minute, as experience can cause unnecessary stress, both for you and for us.

We can accept express orders, but this will incur an additional charge as we have to work evenings and weekends to process the order. Feel free to send us an email if you have a request for a possible express order.
